These policies apply to all services from Ignite Consulting LLC. By booking or paying for a service, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email igniteconsultingllc1@gmail.com or call 805-624-1767.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices marked "starting at" are the minimum for that service; your final price is confirmed with you in writing before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Ignite Consulting never sees or stores your full card number.

Free 30-minute consultation

The free consultation is a no-cost, no-obligation call to discuss your goals and see whether we're a good fit. No payment information is required to book it.

One-time sessions

This includes the Initial Wellness Consultation, Business Strategy Session and Wellness Business Consultation.

  • Sessions are paid in advance when booked.
  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a free reschedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session, and missed sessions, are not refundable.

Monthly coaching and consulting

This includes Monthly Wellness Coaching, Premium Wellness Coaching, Ongoing Business Consulting, and Personal + Business Performance Consulting.

  • Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each monthly billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime by email or phone. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
  • Payments for the current month are not refunded, including partial months. You keep access to your services until the end of the period you've paid for.

Business assessments and custom packages

The Business Assessment & Action Plan and custom packages are paid according to the written quote you receive before work begins. If you cancel before work starts, you'll receive a full refund. Once work has started, payments are not refundable.

Digital and brand projects

This includes website development, brand and logo development, app development, custom operating systems and complete business buildouts.

  • Every project starts with a written quote describing the scope, timeline and price.
  • A 50% deposit is due before work begins. The remaining 50% is due at completion, before final files are delivered or the project is launched.
  • If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel after work has started, the deposit covers work completed and is not refunded.
  • Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and approved by you in writing before any extra work is done.

How to request a refund

Email igniteconsultingllc1@gmail.com with your name, the service and the date of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Wellness disclaimer

Wellness consulting is educational and coaching-based and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed healthcare professional. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise, nutrition or supplement program.

Results

Every person and business is different. Ignite Consulting provides guidance, planning and accountability, but results depend on many factors, including your own follow-through, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
